Kim, I’m very disappointed in the way you conducted business yesterday. It’s really hard to find black stylist who values their customers time. To confirm an appointment for me at 6pm only for you to be starting on someone else’s hair; not finishing but starting. You doubled book and didn’t communicate anything to me.
