Some of the most stupid staff that can't understand you live 90 miles away, and can't just drive to pick up copies of your medical records that you need.
I had an exceptional experience at Epiphany Dermatology. Every single person was so kind and respectful. I didn't feel rushed with the doctor and she really listened to me (which is not always the case in medical appointments!) Thank you all!
After waiting several months for this appointment, we were disappointed with the overall experience. The visit was extremely brief, and the dermatologist spoke very quickly, leaving little opportunity for my daughter to ask questions or fully understand her diagnosis and treatment plan. The physician stated that the milia under my daughter’s eye was the same type of acne as the acne on her forehead and chest.
