Dr. Adil was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, taking the time to patiently answer all of my questions. The entire staff was also very friendly and accommodating, managing to schedule me in on the second day, while the wait time for other dermatologists was at least a month. Highly recommend
I called and got an appointment two days later. They sent me a text to set up an online patient account and check in prior to the appointment, which I did. When I went to the appointment, the entire staff I interacted with was very friendly. The medical assistant and Dr. Hsu were very thorough and answered all my questions.
I was having an emergency and other offices wouldn’t fit me in for three weeks. I called Epiphany and they had an appointment for me 2 hours later. Words can’t describe how thankful I am for Jeanne, Dallas, and Dr. Hsu!
Sent me to a collection company!!! I paid the bill with my HSA account. Sent in proof and yet the collection company won’t leave me alone. I can’t seem to get help from the Dr. Office on letting the collection company know it’s been paid even know they are showing the payment on their end. Super frustrated!!
I had a very long wait when I was at epiphany and was seen for only about a minute. Afterwards I had to solve my skin issue myself and then received a $300 medical bill from epiphany. I don’t think that bill is acceptable for the service that I received. I will not be going to this practice anymore.
