Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here are completely unprofessional. I arrived 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment which is fine. I was taken into the room 5 minutes past my actual appointment time. After being told to undress (room was very cold), no one ever came back, I waited over 25 minutes with zero communication or updates. Incredibly disrespectful and disorganized. Never again. Oh and the wifi is not working.

I absolutely LOVED dr Plott! And his assistant (sorry, don’t remember name). He’s friendly, kind and got rid of moles that were bothering me. I tend to blush and feel awkward as a shy woman and him, with his assistant, made me feel so comfy. 100%!
My 9 month pregnant daughter has just arrived home totally upset. She had an 11.30am with Dr Reagan, who refused to see her because her last appointment was with the Keller office, and her PA said that she has a different opinion about procedures! Makes me sick how badly they can treat a woman about to give birth, who just wanted to feel pretty for her hospital stay.
