It was so hard to book a massage, but I was lucky to find a last mins spot. A good massage therapist like Sofia made all the difference, especially when she had that perfect balance of technique and care.
EDIT: Saw him a couple more times, not only does he follow-up on your progress consistently, but he also used relevant therapies e.g. Hot Stone, Cupping, different stretches to help. I had a somewhat severe injury that left me unable to raise my arm above my shoulder, and Vincent was able to help me recover the most out of all the treatments I've been trying! Update 2025: I became pregnant again and can once again attest that Vince is a magician and an amazing prenatal RMT. He released all the tense spots while making me comfortable in my very pregnant state. Highly recommend 2023: I went to see Vince at Epione at the beginning of my third trimester for prenatal RMT and especially because I was experiencing sciatic pain.
