excellent place my family and I go there and I had surgery and they are excellent people thank you for your work
Stay far away from this medical office. They do not prioritize patient comfort. I asked to sit in the procedure room with my wife but she as told no. The reason why changed several times as I continued to make this request. It started as an explanation of how some people don’t do well with medical sights/sounds. Then it was due to the rooms being small. Then it was due to the procedure had already begun and wasn’t able to be interrupted. Everyone is very friendly & personable. Had cleaning & (2) fillings with Dr. Thomas; he is great.
Horrific. 18 x-rays and 30 minutes later, I was met with "we can't give you a cleaning without doing gum measurements". I declined the deep-scaling scam as I have at other places before. This dentist REFUSED to provide cleaning care without gum measurements. Who has time to sit at a dentist for 1.5-2 hours when the expectation is a cleaning? Not to mention unprepared: 1. Tech was about to give me X-Rays without a release signed. 2. I declined gum measurements and was told by Dr. Thomas "I had to have them". I declined. 3. Th... read more
