If I could choose zero stars I would. I've booked two appointments for my boss at Epione and can't get over how awful the service has been. After her first appointment, my boss left with chemical burns. The staff made a lax effort to reach out to her after I made them aware of the situation. She finally had a phone call with the doctor who made her feel better about the situation. She decided to give Epione another chance as she was happy with the results. If your not a celebrity, it's just not worth it. Huuuge waste of time and money. shocked and disappointed.
Every experience I have had at Epione has been similar to how I would guess the Queen of England would feel. The staff treats clients like royalty. Everyone is so kind and professional and Dr. Simon is truly an artist. I have never felt more beautiful! Thank you, Epione!
