Our small studio has several Epilog laser cutters, and we're thrilled with the service and customer care we've experienced from Terry and the whole team there. Epilog machines are great but the Canadian service is bad. I have been trying to fix my laser with no help from them. After waiting more than six weeks the technician finally arrived to fix my machine it had a small problem and after he left my machine was not working at all. When I called to ask him to come back as my machine was not working l and I have orders to complete, he informs me that I need to pay a thousand dollars for the work and the parts he changed based on his recommendations.
