I wrote a letter to the CEO Mr.Gattone and Mrs Ashe regarding sponsoring my son who is epileptic no avail at all. So I finally decided to call today contacted one person Mrs Ashe. She stated she didn't get my letter that mail goes to another place and it comes to her in bulk. I sent two letter out. At the conclusion of this conversation I found it very unprofessional and condescending.
