Not a fan of working in Dayhab, The supervisors current level of work isn’t sufficient. They’re super lazy and only do what’s necessary to get by. They’ll change your schedule without telling you, and then be upset you don’t see it. Or better yet they’ll text in a GroupMe last second and expect you to see it even if you’re busy. The job itself isn’t even bad. These supervisors are terrible, they need Danyale, real bad.
Working here is so mid tier, the supervisors have favorites so some people do much less work and get by. The supervisors are also messy and gossip to and about other individuals. Kendra Austin is the primary supervisor that’s gossiping, she is never on the same page as Victoria R, the other supervisor of Adult Day Services. They’re also lazy at doing their job, the schedules aren’t correct 75% of the time, supplies aren’t restocked in time for clients to have the best service. They are very friendly and willing to help. I just wish they were open longer and also open on Saturdays
