Olivia is professional, kind, and extremely efficient. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained everything clearly and worked with great attention to detail. The treatment was quick, smooth, and I felt very well looked after throughout. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring laser technician/ dermal therapist.
I'm so glad I came here! Previously I was shaving my face twice a day and now I have a laser appointment once every two months, and the gap between sessions keeps getting longer each time. Other laser clinics never took the same time or care to assess my skin like Epilase did. 1000% recommend coming here if you have difficult facial hair. I started with a consult with Angela and then all my sessions have been with Olivia, they both are so lovely and helpful.
Cannot recommend the team at Epilase enough. I’ve had 4 sessions now and the entire team are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and I couldn’t be happier with my results so far. The salon is clean and prices are very reasonable too.
Electrolysis has literally changed my life. The area I treated was around my neck area, which has caused me to feel embarrassed and anxious for the longest time. So much time spent using different hair removal methods. Laser treatment didn’t work, it possibly made it worse. So when I came to see Huma I was pretty determined to do electrolysis only! Beautiful space, meticulously run and with the ever professional Olivia. As impressive as what they do, is the fact they are incredibly honest with you and what works best for you as a client. They are much more concerned with the best outcome, than doing something that is not beneficial for you, there’s no upsell, just integrity. Olivia has my full respect and trust and is insanely knowledgable. Best results of any clinic by far! So happy to have found this place.
