The receptionist kept me on the phone for 20 minutes (maybe 10 spent on hold) to answer a single question. I just wanted prices for laser hair removal!! The whole time I was just being pushed to book an appointment for more treatments than I needed and never even got their prices!!! I'm not booking an appointment without even getting a chance to shop their services.
La gérante est super sympathique ! J’ai été très bien guidée dans le processus de traitement d’épilation au laser. La technicienne du nom d’Andréa est particulièrement soucieuse. Je suis de plus très satisfaite du résultat pour le moment et il me reste seulement 1 rendez-vous !
Merci Alexe pour l’excellent service. Tu es très professionnelle, efficace et rapide. J’aime ta technique pour attirer mon attention ailleurs lors du laser. La séance est moins pénible. Je recommande Epiderma pour la qualité prix et la qualité du personnel.

Les petits accrocordons traités sans scalpel (le supposé chirurgien a demandé pour l'instrument, mais il était manquant) ont été brûlés au laser. Et tout a repoussé. J'ai demandé un remboursement. Personne n'a rappelé.
