Seriously have had such the absolute best fish from this place, with incredible customer service. They were able to answer all of my questions about how to awesomely and safely prepare the products. Their ahi is the freshest I have ever been able to find in the Seattle area. Thank you so much, Epicurean, for providing such amazing quality and customer service. You are very loved on our family’s dinner table :)!
You guys truly made our holiday season! The fish was fresh and delicious. Thank you so much for the efficient service and helpful suggestions. Hosting New Year’s Eve dinner is a big honor in my family and this year I knocked it out of the park! Even though I didn’t cook, I was able to provide a private sushi chef with a top tier selection. You guys also guided me towards the perfect amount to order for my party of sixteen!
**Edit** Response below from company says they "talked to me". They never let me know of any shortage or that they did not ship the item for our new years even dinner. I did not receive any response until 1/7/2025 via email. They were unreliable and unreachable for my order. Not only did they not ship my order, but they never answer their phone, return calls or reply to emails.
