They drive faster than the speed limit. The first time the car was dirty and the second time they did not come and they waited to the last minute to tell me. Had to call a friend. For the amount of money that they charge, we deserve better
My experience was with ALIVI Medical Transportation in Palm Bay Florida. They were consistently subpar. We used them 3 times and each time the driver refused to adjust the AC for a comfortable ride. Jordani was rude to the caregiver who accompanied us. The driver only spoke Spanish. He also went to the wrong address for the appointment. When it came time to pick us up from the appointment they were over 2 hours late after the initial call from the facility.
