After a couple of years of visiting Yarra Glen Family Clinic/Epic Health, my family and I have always been satisfied with the quality of services we receive — especially from our GP, Dr. Hamed Shafaie, who has always been professional, caring, and thorough in providing proper advice.
The doctors at YGFC are committed to their patients. I have always felt well cared for and would recommend highly. Not only for GP services, but also first aid, minor procedures and skin lesion removal.
I had majority of my appointments over the phone and it was a seamless process. My GP, Dr Hamed Shafaie, is one of the best in Victoria. Very knowledgeable, precise diagnosis and effective treatment followed by continuous follow up and check in’s. absolutely recommended.
