Do NOT attend for Covid vaccination at this Clinic. I was told I had to sign a waiver and that I was having AstraZeneca against Medical Advice which was completely incorrect. Despite almost 2 weeks passing since having the second Covid Vaccination, no attempt has been made by the Clinic to update the AIR/Medicare Vaccination record. After 5 phone calls there is a different excuse each day with no return calls. When requesting a clinical record in lieu of Medicare record this was denied.
