Customer service staff are excellent demonstrating patience and empathy. Dr Tom Souchen also very empathetic and understanding ensuring accuracy and communication. Great experience!
I recently took my elderly mother to see Dr.Sohely Yesmin and she did not disappoint. Dr. Yesmin was so wonderful in nature, very welcoming, thorough and patient in answering questions and explaining results. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a caring, well educated and informed Dr who cares about her patients. The reception staff were also very friendly and the clinic itself was clean and welcoming with easy access and parking available.
First visit. New patient. Pleasant welcome at reception. Dr very approachable and informative. Listened and advised. I'm pleased to have a good Dr to rely on and close to St Leonards.
