This gym is the real deal. The community here is unmatched—everyone pushes each other, supports each other, and makes you want to show up and give your best every single day. The coaching staff is 10/10: knowledgeable, motivating, and they make sure you’re taken care of from start to finish. I was searching for group workout classes and came across Epic Fitness. They offer HIIT, total body workouts, Pilates, and yoga classes—perfectly aligned with my schedule. The class sizes (around 18–24 people) strike a great balance: big enough to feel a sense of community, yet small enough for the trainers to give you attention without the intensity of one-on-one sessions. Grateful for the boost this place has given me on my fitness journey!
Dani is hilarious and also completely willing to kick your butt in workouts. I think it's an awesome combo and I love going here. Great set ups
