These guys have another shop in Aptos (this Santa Cruz store is new I think). I love the Aptos store and I visited this new location recently. As in Aptos, they had a group of friendly staff here just like I expect to see when I go to the other store. Great to see another Epicenter store! Too bad they don't have coffee here too.
I bought a bike from here and the owner Shawn was super friendly. I'll definitely return in the future.
Super Friendly This is my new favorite shop in Santa Cruz. I went in for their grand opening and all of the staff were really welcoming and helpful. They spent a lot of time helping me with all of my bike questions without rushing me. I'm buying a new bike, so I want to buy from a shop that is up to snuff but doesn't make me feel like I'm bothering them when I come in. Epicenter seems to fit the bill, so ... I recommend them.
