This center is absolutely disgusting! The new bc bcba Allison is a liar! She changed my sons schedule without notifying me and turned my son away when he was dropped off at his regular schedule Time. Allison claims I was notified on July 27th and I was not. This is my son’s third BCBA in less than a year. They can’t keep any staff, they don’t offer the services they claim to offer, and the place is poorly ran. The therapist are rude and incompetent! I wouldn’t bring my dog here. My daughter was going to the center from October to April. Every Bcba and every center therapy assistant has quit now the center has completely ghosted me since April without my daughter getting care but they continue to charge my insurance. I’ve called once a week for months now with no one to return my phone calls. This is insurance fraud.
We love this aba center. My daughter has had so much growth since starting here over a year ago.
