I love this restaurant but this place messed up my order. I paid alot of money for a family meal of chicken strips but received wings after waiting about 25 minutes. It was my son's birthday and he loves this place as well. I was disappointed to have to pay for strips after my order was taken wrong. But I paid anyways of course. I still love this restaurant. Just not going to this one anymore. It was crowded, parking is horrible. Food great. Just disappointed in the customer service.

I had a great experience with their customer service. Parking was extremely limited, and I wasn’t able to find a spot, but the team went above and beyond by offering to bring my food directly to my car. That level of convenience and willingness to help really stood out. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate the extra effort!
Love the flavor, the amount of sauce you give, and the size , but I don't enjoy eating feathers.
