if i can give 0 stars i would , 5 separate times already i have called to place an order for pickup and they hang up or i have to call 10 times before they answer just to tell me they can’t do it over the phone. When i go inside the workers are rude if they don’t like their job maybe they should find a new one.
Weird sewage smell in the whole restaurant
This place could be something great. The food is really good and the sauces are awesome. They have the dodger game playing and a small bar. But the smell is horrid, they really need to fix it so that more people would want to sit in and eat. The service could be a lot better too.
This location does NOT compare in any way slightest to the recently closed Northridge franchise... I came here hoping it'd be like Northridge, and it was a horrible experience Firstly, as soon as we walked in, my entire group of friends noticed that it heavily smelled like sewage. Secondly, the food was clearly not very fresh and had been out for a while. The bread was slightly stale, and the chicken was dry, yet not crunchy.
