This place was bragged up being such a great place....wrong....dishonest place with deceptive billing practices. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
I called because I was having a issue with my eye and Taylor answered the phone her customs service was awful she was rude we just moved to Kansas cause my husband is active duty and when I asked where clay was she got frustrated with me I am normally seen in the manhattan office and never have been treated the way I was treated by Taylor. I hope you take time an work with her on her customer service skills she has no remorse or even kindness in her voice! I will never go to that office I will stick with my manhattan crew.
