If I could give a no star I would. Probably the worst customers service ever with the receptionist at the baldwin city location. She was very rude to me and my husband. We will take our service elsewhere.
Everyone was wonderful. From checking in and doing preliminary testing, to the eye exam, to the frames/lenses consult. Three different people, but they all took time to explain every aspect of the process, listened to me talk about my lifestyle to better understand what type of treatment might better suit me, and answered every question I had. Very professional. Clean establishment. The doctor and the staff are friendly. My eye exam was thorough. They explained everything thing as they were doing the exam. The doctor explained in terms I could understand. All in all, a great place . But you have to see it to believe it.
