I do not have an issue with the doctors at this office. My review is regarding staff. About 2 years ago I went to this office for my regular eye exam and purchased some very expensive progressive lens as a second frame. They are nice, but I just couldn’t see well enough to actually read with them. So completely useless as reading is not optional. After numerous return visits to try to get them adjusted to be able to read, without tilting my head back or holding the frames up with my finger, I was never able to get them adjus... read more
Everyone is helpful and kind. I felt cared for and my vision needs were addressed in the best possible way.

Very helpful staff ..best set of glasses I had for a long time
If I could give a no star I would. Probably the worst customers service ever with the receptionist at the baldwin city location. She was very rude to me and my husband. We will take our service elsewhere.
