I do not have an issue with the doctors at this office. My review is regarding staff. About 2 years ago I went to this office for my regular eye exam and purchased some very expensive progressive lens as a second frame. They are nice, but I just couldn’t see well enough to actually read with them. So completely useless as reading is not optional. Very helpful staff ..best set of glasses I had for a long time
If I could give a no star I would. Probably the worst customers service ever with the receptionist at the baldwin city location. She was very rude to me and my husband. We will take our service elsewhere.
