Making an appointment was a breeze and they actually got me in like the very next day and all three of the ladies that work there including the woman eye doctor we're all very nice and listened and very professional and was a very good experience and my eyes are in really good shape , except just had some dry eye that I'm going to I'm using some systane complete preservative free eye drops from Walmart to nip it in the bud, and she said being at a computer where I work I need to make sure I'm blinking enough cuz that helps l... read more
Great Dr. But it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a returned call. All calls go to their corporate office/answering service. I've left numerous messages, not a single call back, even for an urgent need.
The people at Epic have become my friends over the years. I appreciate their warm welcome when we come in the door and the interest they take in my family. It’s not just business it’s personal.
