Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We paid for a drug test and waited four days for the results, but never received them. The clinic then called us and said we needed to come back and take the test again because the original test had been lost or mixed up. When we came back, we waited about 40 minutes while they tried to resolve the issue. In the end, they told us they could not do anything about it and that we had to pay for the test again. The doctor helped me with a simple method and it really worked. 2nd time visit: it IS NOT OPEN at 8:am on Friday!!!!!!!
It seems like the management has changed recently. Had terrible experience in getting the results and now struggling to get proper details and receipt to get the claim approved in insurance. Secondly, all the blood work was supposed to be included in the exam fees but Quest is sending multiple bills to be paid
