Epic failure of a title company. They will lie to you and tell you the closing problems are someone else when really it is their office. Their notary didn't even make sure all items were notarized after supposedly driving an hour each way. Best yet, they won't even answer the phone at the office on closing day and you need to research the owner's number to actually get assistance. . .that happened to my real estate agent twice when the epic failure folks just wouldn't get their paperwork in so the house sale could close almo... read more
