The Technician was very polite and knowledgeable.
The technician showed up at the time assigned. He was very friendly and courteous. He evaluated the situation and addressed each problem and then resolved each problem. I was very pleased with his workmanship and his overall performance. I would recommend Epic Technicians HVC in the future.
Top notch company!! I was referred to them, once we were in contact they came out and that following day we had a brand new unit installed by the owner himself. Mr. Hunter worked tirelessly alone for many hours in hot AR weather. Great Company, Highly recommend.
