Super cool and engaging when you hear from them. That said the literal worst communication I’ve ever experienced from someone with whom I’ve spent well over $20k I’d estimate. I email. I text. I beg. Don’t hear for weeks. When I finally hear things seem good, then ghosted again. The lack of reliable and trusted communication is baffling. Update: While the buying experience for Kaleidoscape and Josh was fine, the support for the latter was borderline nonexistent. After months of asking for support including a willingness to pay for it, I had to contact Josh directly and request a new reseller for support. In the process of switching. Very disappointing. So glad I found these guys. Ordered my first round of hardware sight unseen and haven’t been happier with a company. Support and responsiveness is awesome. Their open box items have been pristine. Update: while I had a great buying experience, my support experience hasn’t been good. I’ve been trying to get the courtesy of a response to several issues for weeks and cannot even get the courtesy of a reply. This is shocking and quite disappointing frankly.
