Update: While the buying experience for Kaleidoscape and Josh was fine, the support for the latter was borderline nonexistent. After months of asking for support including a willingness to pay for it, I had to contact Josh directly and request a new reseller for support. In the process of switching. Very disappointing. Update: while I had a great buying experience, my support experience hasn’t been good. I’ve been trying to get the courtesy of a response to several issues for weeks and cannot even get the courtesy of a reply. This is shocking and quite disappointing frankly. So glad I found these guys. Ordered my first round of hardware sight unseen and haven’t been happier with a company. Support and responsiveness is awesome. Their open box items have been pristine. Super collaborative and easy to work with. Won’t hesitate to keep buying from them and from an entirely different state. Rare to find a great business with a small family feel but Epic has it.
Tom and Joe are extremely knowledgeable & after receiving multiple quotes from different companies, it was clear that Epic was the most knowledgeable and honest company. They installed Lutron lights, shades, josh ai, and a mini home theater system. I don't often leave reviews, but I highly recommend them.
Epic Systems gave me a great price, promised a quick delivery and they delivered faster than promised! 5 Stars!
