Cant even return a phone call.
Neglectful service in fact no service at all they have too many clients and do the bare minimum. they do not follow up and check the services in place are doing their job. One of their support coordinators was very verbally aggressive. They feign professionalism but they provide a very limited service. I have had very bad experiences with over 7 clients. Look elsewhere
My support coordinator has helped me understand and use my NDIS plan for services I want. Other coordinators have not helped me and just used all my funds. I would definitely recommend using their service.
My son has acute mental health issues and also drug addiction. No matter how bad things got for my son, Epic didn't go anywhere and consistently supported him. I am truly grateful for their support for my son and our family!
