Bring Tabatha back! Customer service has seriously declined since she left. Getting in touch with anyone at the office is nearly impossible. Calls always go to voicemail with no callbacks, and emails go unanswered.. Please address these communication issues and bring back the level of customer service that made working with your team such a positive experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service and range of materials at Epic Stoneworks. He was very helpful on the telephone, and understood what I was trying to do. I was not nickel and dimed, but got excellent value for my investment. Strongly recommend.

I had an AWFUL time dealing with Epic Stone. I ordered some custom cut stones and was initially told by Ryan that since it was a smaller order it would only take about 2 weeks. That turned out to be completely inaccurate — it ended up taking 6 weeks. Finally I’m informed by Mike that the stones are ready to be picked up. I drive an hour and a half to pick them up, only to be told once I arrive that they are not ready at all.
