Karolina is the best!! She is so talented and really listens to what you are looking for. The prices are beyond reasonable. The space is so lovely and feels so intimate. This salon is everything you are hoping for at half the cost... try them out, you won’t regret it!!
Epic Spa could help in getting back to their customers. I USED to be a customer and now that Heather (who used to book my appointments) has left, it's worthless trying to get in touch with someone. I've left multiple texts/voicemail with the owner, Frank, trying to book an appointment that they cancelled on me last minute, and now I can't get a text back... nothing. Don't waste your time trying to get in if you're a new customer!!
