I have been going to Epic Smiles Since Dr.Atwood was there. He has been long gone, and the practice has changed hands several time. Just this week I went in for a cleaning to find out once again the practice has. Hanged hands. Samantha, the hygienist was exceptional. I like her because she was so thorough. She was also very nice and helpful. Dr. Liam was very nice, too. My first experience with them was very positive.
I had a new, to me, hygienist and Samantha was awesome. Very gentle and caring about my well being. I also met Dr.Lima, who is new to me, the dentist. I also had a great experience with him. I could not have been happier with the changes. Dr. Jacie was great, but went to his other practice.
Dr. Lima and his staff are great. They take their time to listen to concerns and work with the patient to solve them. I can't say enough good things about them. Your invitation to complete a survey said you hoped I 'enjoyed my experience.' Seriously? Who 'enjoys' going to any dentist. Someone there must have a sense of humor.
