I moved from NY to FL last year and had a very bad experience with another stylist who completely botched my hair. I waited almost a year to let it grow out and feel comfortable going somewhere else, and eventually found Lindsey with The Hair Artists inside Epic Salon and Suites. Lindsey did exactly what I asked for and then some, and I’m so glad I was able to find someone that I’ll feel good about coming back to for future services. Did full highlights with Lindsey Roots showing 1 inch from scalp She told me she can put couple in front to the roots when I inquired about fixing it. Her reply:"Whatever piece is in between the foil isn’t going to be to the scalp I can put a couple foils on the top, but your highlights are to your scalp"
My appointment started at 12:00 and was done by 1:15. My hairstylist Lindsay did my hair and it was impossible for me to see and she obviously knew that. It took until I got home for my caregiver to inform me that none of my greys were even attempted to be covered. I strongly feel that Lindsay should have made sure my hair looked it’s best before letting me leave. I am very disappointed, I would not recommend!!!!!
Lindsey has Groupons for a reason! I visited 3 times My stylist was Lindsey each time. the first visit was okay the room wasn’t very clean (brushes, combs, floor) @ one point she dropped the comb and was going to use it and her assistant said no here’s a new one thank goodness for Diane i believe her name was for speaking up for me. the second visit she put a very dark brown over my highlights to where it was even darker than my first visit then on my last she left my hair completely uneven I explained to her very politely w... read more
I go to Epic Salon to see Lindsay, and she’s absolutely amazing with hair coloring! She really knows her craft and always leaves my hair looking beautiful and fresh. Lindsay is not only talented, but also kind, easy to talk to, and really relatable — she makes the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers great suggestions, and makes sure I leave feeling confident.
