Dave and Jeff at Epic RV rentals have been the most accommodating providers I could ask for during this pandemic year. After successfully renting a 24’ motor home last year, I reserved another for mid February 2021. I had to cancel at the last minute due to a freak snow storm that closed roads and made driving dangerous. Dave and Jeff are about the most friendly people you will meet and that about sums up the best part of the RV rental. The rest is downhill from there. We rented a 2013 Four Winds with 106K miles on it. The interior is in shambles with torn and dirty cushion covers, broken screen door handle, a generator that does not work (Yet is listed in the rental agreement) - but hey, this is a high-demand holiday weekend so you justify the $325 per night (Excludes fuel!) bill and happily take the RV. Epic RV was great to work with start to finish! The RV was wonderful, we had it for a 30 day trip to the Southwest and other than a couple normal RV issues, it was perfect! Would highly recommend, and will definitely be doing business with them again...
Worst experience ever. This was our first time renting an RV and based on the reviews, we ended up going with this company. It ended up being the worst decision ever. People there are friendly at first and the lady at the front office is probably the only reason I didn't loose my mind when I returned the RV. To start off, the RV was dirty when we picked it up, it had a terrible smell and left over items all over from the previous renter.
