Wow - the team here is no less than amazing. We dealt with Frank the finance manger on the sales side and David showed us the ropes. Both were simply amazing. Incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Frank went above and beyond for us, and David took the time to answer all our technical questions. Amazing experience!! I highly recommend buying from Epic!!!
We found a StarCraft trailer here that we wanted to buy. Went to go see it and one of the salesmen was quick to say that they get paid hourly so they don’t care if they sell anything…that was odd..He directed me to a different salesman. We said ok..let’s get the numbers down for it we wanna buy it. He disappeared and we waited for over 30 minutes ignored, and were told we had to wait for the manager. We kept waiting and nothing. I’m gonna be 100% with everyone. I know it is entirely my fault for not paying better attention. But I do not recommend going here. I just purchased a brand new toy hauler a couple weeks ago. The toy hauler I bought was priced at about $35,000. I put down $8,000. I ended up having to finance $40,000. How does that make sense? After looking over my paperwork better I see a bunch of things they added on WITHOUT telling me. And like I said, I have no one to blame but myself. I've experienced lots of RV sales in my many years, but none like EpicRV. Great salesman, Scott; great sales manager, Frank; great finance manager, Mike., great delivery and setup person, Tyler. The only difficulty we had was that they have so many sales, we had to wait about 15 days for them to get done with PDI, give us a walkthrough and then quickly deliver on the same day as the walkthrough.
