Great service and unbeatable prices. We looked all over California for the right trailer for us. Then went into Epic and found the perfect trailer for us. And at a lower cost than the competitors. Oh ya, I saw a review that Epic didn't feel the propane tank all the way. Well both of our tanks were full as they said they would be. Highly recommend Epic for your Trailer purchase.
Worst place I have ever dealt with purchasing an RV. Save yourself time and money and buy from anywhere else but this horrible place. I had paid in full for a trailer I needed for a trip and they said they could not deliver for almost a month after I had already paid. I said I would take a day off work and get it myself (300 mile drive one way) and Mike said it would not be ready for 9 days after they had already received my money. Epic RV promises they’ll be available for their customers with free 24 hour customer service support. Well… Our first trip out we needed there support and they were there for us, even at 10 PM on a Friday night! Jim Tuck got back to us and even had one of his techs, Jeremiah call the next morning to follow up. That is standing behind your promise and it was much appreciated!
