When it was time to upgrade from our bumper pull travel trailer to a 5th wheel tow hauler, I'm so glad we chose Epic RV Liquidators. Wow - the team here is no less than amazing. We dealt with Frank the finance manger on the sales side and David showed us the ropes. Both were simply amazing. Incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Frank went above and beyond for us, and David took the time to answer all our technical questions. Amazing experience!! I highly recommend buying from Epic!!! Just wanted to share my great experience purchasing a new Genesis Supreme Vortex V3416TS from Jim and his great staff at EPIC RV! They were great working with from start to finish, willing to work with you on reaching a reasonable deal. After deal was done, they delivered the unit right to my shop and Jim himself provided a great walk around providing excellent advice. I’m gonna be 100% with everyone. I know it is entirely my fault for not paying better attention. But I do not recommend going here. I just purchased a brand new toy hauler a couple weeks ago. The toy hauler I bought was priced at about $35,000. I put down $8,000. I ended up having to finance $40,000. How does that make sense? After looking over my paperwork better I see a bunch of things they added on WITHOUT telling me. And like I said, I have no one to blame but myself.
