We purchased a trailer in early 2024 and the initial experience was positive. However, after-sales support has been non-existent. We reached out regarding issues with the ceramic coating; the owner personally promised to coordinate a company to redo the application, but this was never fulfilled, and he has since stopped responding to our inquiries. Shady dealer. Found a new RV via RV Trader where this dealer’s own ad showed a price of $47950, then dealer refused to sell it for that price saying that the ad was placed for a period of time before Christmas. The ad is STILL up as of this review. Bait and switch. No thanks
