Not to sure what happened but I had a worker come to check the roof and give me a quote that was a week ago, never got a email ( checked all inboxes) no text or call 🤷♂️. I guess they are rich enough to not care about lower income neighborhoods. Maybe if my house was 500,000$ + they would respond 🤷♂️.
I work for a restoration company doing coordinating and planning. Epic we found a few months ago and they have quickly become one of our preferred vendors! Very quick to get to site, communicate well and friendly! Would Recommend.
The finished product and level of service has been exceptional from beginning to end. Quick to respond to communications and exceptionally professional while on site. From start to finish, the job was tidy and efficient. We’re even incredibly thoughtful when working around flowers, trees, and shrubs. Jake and team from Thunder Trough, who completed the gutter portion, were five star as well when acting as contractors for Epic. Thanks to all. The house looks great!!!
Unprofessional
They replaced the shingles on our trailer. They had a minor deficiency which they promptly took care of. No questions asked. Will definitely use again if needed.
