Lack of communication, project management subpar. If you are dealing with them. Make sure everything is in writing , and check in with them daily or else you never hear from them. You will be waiting months and months for anything to be finished.they unplugged one of my fridges and never plugged it back in rotted food and mold, was told they were going to clean it… 2 months later it’s still festering … Even the owner Joe has ghosted after emails with no reply.

While no insurance claim for flood is fun, Joe (president) and Braydon (on-site supervisor) have gone above and beyond in all aspects of my claim. From the initial contact through to the end of the job the entire team have been courteous, very professional and have done a superb job. They arrived on time and were respectful with my belongings and cleaned up after themselves daily! They went over everything and guided me through the process seamlessly. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!

Epic Restoration was the easiest company to work with. Communication as to when and who were coming was outstanding. People arrived when they said they were coming. The team members were professional and did the best thorough job. Ryan, project manager, checked in regularly to make sure everything was working. Kyle explained and got the project underway, willing to take the time and effort in to make it right. I can’t say enough about our experience with Epic Restoration Services. Right from our first meeting with Ryan everything went smoothly. He was extremely helpful and ensured that he worked within our budget. He was conscientious and communicated with us regularly with respect to the ongoing project.
