I’m so glad we finally got our air ducts cleaned! The team was incredibly professional they arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently. I noticed a huge difference in the air quality almost immediately. There’s much less dust settling around the house, and our HVAC system seems to be running more smoothly.!!
I scheduled an air duct cleaning after realizing the vents were covered in dust even though I cleaned them regularly. The technician, Jason, arrived promptly and explained everything step by step. He discovered quite a bit of buildup inside the ducts from years of use and even small signs of mildew. I'm very happy I called them because my furnace hadn't been serviced in years. They were very competent, cleaned every part completely, and even identified a small problem that could have become a pricey repair. They offered reasonable prices and excellent service!
Sam is the go-to guy for me. He is usually the one to come out when I need a duct cleaning service call and he is great. He'll tell me what's wrong, what needs to be done to fix the problem and explains it so I understand everything. I can't say enough good things about Sam. Don't know where I'd be without him.
