Get directionsI recently visited Epic Health Service for neck pain and had massage therapy sessions with Shahram Rahnama. I couldn't be happier with the experience! Shahram was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand the root cause of my pain and tailored the treatment accordingly. After just three sessions, I felt a significant improvement in my neck mobility and a noticeable reduction in discomfort.
I recently completed a series of sessions at Epic, and cannot express how grateful I am for the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly polite, making me feel welcomed and at ease. Sharmine took the time to listen to my concerns and accurately diagnose my condition, which was key to choosing the proper treatment and exercises for me. I highly recommend Epic to anyone in need of effective and empathetic care.
I'm immensely grateful for the exceptional care and support I've received from Leor, Jenny, Renee, Niloo, Sharmine, and all administrative staff at Epic Rehab. They always ensure that I get the proper treatment and motivate me to improve, making my recovery journey much more easier. Thanks to their dedication, I'm well on my way t... read more
The physiotherapists and administrative staff there are okay, but the fact that you pay $90 for a half-hour session and the specialist only interacts with you for 5 minutes, while the rest of the time you are treated by students or interns, doesn't make me feel good about this business. I understand that practical training is important for students, but charging the full fee for treatment by students is not acceptable. This was the main reason I no longer use Epic rehab.
Bought an elbow brace for $380 a simple google search showed the same model and part number available in Mississauga for $130 or $189 on Amazon. I understand prices can fluctuate for profit and covering expenses but this felt like price gouging and surely enough the brace is non refundable.
