Boundaries Course was life changing. It was once per week for 4 weeks, and very helpful in dealing with setting healthy boundaries in life both with people in addiction and in regular life. I found that all of my questions were answered and exactly where I needed to make changes in my own life. Thank you Epic Recovery for yet another way to live and enjoy my life in a healthy way.
