Had a viewing for Sunday in Grosse Pointe Park. Confirmed on phone. Received a confirmation that I was scheduled. Drove across town no call, no text. Checked my email while I’m outside the rental property. The viewing was canceled with no explanation at 1pm, a few hours before. Yes I am African American. Thank you Epic for letting me know how you do business.
Just signed a lease with this company . Very informative and polite. Office is outstanding and they make you feel welcome and comfortable I worked with agent with pink streak in her hair can remember name but she was wonderful! Definitely recommend
