Used to rent here.. they threatened to evict me because I left a bad Google review when I got TERRIBLE service while paying top market price for an outdated apartment. Still got the emails. They seem to care more about stockholders ability to have an extra vacation than actual tenants who pay their salary. SLUMLORDS. Noticed they’re trending on downriver and friends for still giving terrible service. What a joke of a company. Same people trying to silence their tenants are probably free speech advocates
I have been living in this little apartment only 400 ft for 6 years now my rent went from $400 now to $620 they had a gas issue and DTE come out and shut up our gas my pilot was out I called them to turn it on they sent out a heating and cooling company who said they were going to be here between 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning at 11:30 I had a doctor's appointment came back waited the rest of the day no one showed up I got a voicemail the next day that said that they showed up at 2:00 not at 10:00 at 2:00 so they came out tha... read more
Highly recommend renting through epic property management
If i could leave 0 stars i would! very shady and unprofessional company! they only have these good reviews because they give you $50 off your rent when you move in if you leave a good review! that should be red flag #1, gotta pay for reviews! they are a scam! please believe the REAL reviews you see on here, not the 5 stars from ppl just moving in!
