I have had the worst experience with any contractor I have worked with using Epic Pools and Spas. The whole process has been completely unprofessional and work with many contractors. They will blame anything that goes wrong on you and if you do decide to do business with them, be prepared for major delays, failure to complete on time, no communication in a timely matter. My family loves our Epic pool. Duke has been a joy to work with. I have no problems with my pool and it is four years old. Give Duke and Epic Pools a chance you will not regret it Happy Epic Pool owner
Duke Was very responsive and communicated well on our issue with our pool motor. Fixed very quickly
Estimated Time to build pool was three months and it actually took eight months. Various problems arose , and had to have them fixed. Communication and scheduling was problematic. We would not build with them again.
