Terrible two experiencesamd not hiring them again. The first time despite me calling twice and giving great details of what the technician needed, he showed up without the proper equipment and then after telling me he would do certain things and charge a certain price, I was charged way more. While I cannot speak to the overall process of planning for and building a pool with Epic, I can speak to their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond after installation. We recently purchased a home with a pool already installed by Epic. The pool had not been maintained, so we came into quite a big hurdle of getting the pool up and running. I would not recommend this company. Our lateral was broken in our sand filter, they came out to replace the lateral and the media in our sand filter. The guy that installed it did it incorrectly. We spent extra money on new filter media that ended up all over the ground by our filter and in our pool. Also, after the installation our filter began to drip water.
