We began using Epic in 2025 because of recurring problems with water quality, and they immediately got on the issue and had it resolved in one week of targeted actions. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Hello, I had the pleasure of working with Epic Pool’s last summer. I originally had a project started by Quality Pool by design, which ended up in a $20,000 loss and a disaster. These guys picked up the torch completed the pool and made everything absolutely perfect. I highly recommend them they are professionals and very good at what they do East Peoria
Terrible two experiencesamd not hiring them again. The first time despite me calling twice and giving great details of what the technician needed, he showed up without the proper equipment and then after telling me he would do certain things and charge a certain price, I was charged way more. While I cannot speak to the overall process of planning for and building a pool with Epic, I can speak to their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond after installation. We recently purchased a home with a pool already installed by Epic. The pool had not been maintained, so we came into quite a big hurdle of getting the pool up and running.
