While I cannot speak to the overall process of planning for and building a pool with Epic, I can speak to their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond after installation. We recently purchased a home with a pool already installed by Epic. The pool had not been maintained, so we came into quite a big hurdle of getting the pool up and running. I would not recommend this company. Our lateral was broken in our sand filter, they came out to replace the lateral and the media in our sand filter. The guy that installed it did it incorrectly. We spent extra money on new filter media that ended up all over the ground by our filter and in our pool. Also, after the installation our filter began to drip water. Epic pools installed our 16x40 “Aspen” pool and Spa in 2021. We had a wonderful experience and continue to use Epic pools for maintenance and all of our pool chemical needs. All aspect of this company has exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend!
