I have been working with Epic Pools for new equipment installation and repairs to my older pool. Today Joe and Tehgen did a great job completing a repair. They were knowledgeable and professional, and went above and beyond in fixing the issue.
Ethan and Drake are excellent service technicians and Sophia keeps our pool looking crystal clear!!!
Epic Pools has been great to work with over the years. I had some bad experiences with other companies. I appreciate the understanding and flexibility that Epic has when working with their customers. Joe & Tehgen did a great job with the new pump motor. Brittany is always very helpful & really takes care of your needs!! Thank You!!
They did a great job on our pool install and communication was excellent . Brittany and Derek are extremely helpful any time I have questions !Overall nothing but good things to say about the whole team they have there!
