The plumber was fine. I found the price high. it was about 1/2 hour of work other than having to get the part. fortunately I had towels to absorb water from all of the dripping, but this was not something he has thought about. He had come to assess before going out for the new parts. Again, I found the job overpriced. S

Epic installed a gas line and gas logs for our fireplace this morning. Harley explained what he planned to do and he did a great job. I would highly recommend Epic Plumbing.
