Concerned about the condition of the play structure itself. There were several areas where the protective padding had come off, exposing the wood underneath. This presents a potential safety hazard, as children could easily cut themselves or be injured if they fall against these exposed areas. Currently here for birthday party (for the second time) for one of my daughter’s friends. This time is worse than last time - bathrooms aren’t clean - the place smells damp the tables in the party room weren’t even wiped down. The party was supposed to start at 10:30 and the staff didn’t even show up to unlock the doors until then - I will not be back EVER
Worst place to visit. No air conditioning working here . They leave a small door open for ventilation. This property is listed for sale and management does not want to repair. Hosted birthday here and had a pathetic experience for kids and friends.
