We would have considered hiring them but based on the duration of time it takes them to complete work and, keeping tidy work area and consideration of others around that will not happen. Their crew is very inconsiderate to residents around work sites. For multiple days over the past 5-6 months they blocked alley and driveways of neighbors with vehicles, equipment, piles of dirt, rock and sand. We had Epic do a beautiful travertine pavers pattern on our pool deck 5 years ago. Pool leaked and needed several stones leveled in a few places. They did so much more work than I dreamed they would. It looks good as new!! Never had a contractor do MORE than expected! Can't recommend Jose @ Epic enough!!
This company is fabulous! They built a 100 foot long, at points 6 foot high, retaining wall in my backyard (henceforth known as The Taj Ma Wall). The work was so good I had them come back and install paved paths. Tomas, the supervisor, is simply the best, at one point offering to remove three levels of block to replace a corner block that had a chipped edge. I would definitely use them again.
Jose with Epic Pavers showed up on time and provided me with a very competitive quote for paver walkway, pavestone repairs and a solution for better drainage on my driveway apron. I have not yet made a decision, but I was very impressed with his knowledge of pavers and one of my neighbors has recently hired Jose and Epic Pavers for their driveway and the customer after almost a year is very satisfied and speaks highly of Jose's engagement with the project from start to finish.
