I had a very disappointing experience at Epic Pain. I went in for a simple hydration IV, expecting a routine treatment, but what happened instead left me shocked and uncomfortable. The nurse assigned to me seemed inexperienced and unprepared. During the process, blood was dripping everywhere, and the entire procedure felt unprofessional and unsafe. This is a top notch facility and team! I was very impressed with the quality of care from the check-in process all the way to meeting with the medical team. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely interested in my health and overall experience. I highly recommend!
Dr Taylor has the best bed side manners. He gives practical advice and explains in a way that you understand . The staff is amazing .
Wait times are horrible.
