Went to this location and my first impression with the (male) PA was not a great one. He had no bedside manners at all. Needless to say I was not pleased. I spoke to one of the Liasons Maya and Gilbert and they reassured me that on my next visit it would be better and one of them met me at my appointment. This time I saw PA Lauren Francis and she was amazing! She was very friendly, she explained everything to me and went over my options! I loved her. She is a great asset to this clinic location!
I had the opportunity to experience this clinic’s unique approach to time management. My appointment, scheduled for a specific time, began only after a generous 35 extension in the waiting room, plus an additional 25 minutes waiting in the exam room. The doctor was efficient to the point of artistry, completing our interaction in roughly 30 seconds. The best urgent care I have been to since living in San Antonio. The team was fast and listened to my concerns. Would highly recommend this group to anyone needing immediate medical care.
They deal with your pain very efficiently and effectively. They are very professional and take care of everything on a timely manner. I would highly recommend this doctor's office and urgent Care being I have chronic pain , and major back issues . Also they have a lot of other different services I was very impressed with that as well.
