Very convenient and reasonable prices from Avon to Denver. The driver was courteous, timely, navigated challenging snowy weather safely. Vehicle was well maintained and clean. Would highly recommend.
I live in Minturn and there is no home pick up, yet there is a pick up location at a closed up restaurant, .3 miles from my house. And my house is on the way to that closed restaurant at 160 RR way. (Which is actually now a Mexican Restaurant). Something is very wrong with the organization of this service.
AVOID AT ALL COST! They oversell their shuttles and will leave you at the airport until they return 3-4 hours later. I was informed that due to the arrival time of my flight there wouldn’t be room for me on the van and I’d have to wait. I ended up having to take an Uber. The Epic van passed right by me as I was in line for my ride. For the return trip communication was null and when I checked the status it was listed as cancelled!! We were picked up promptly and delivered straight to our rental door in Breck. Return pickup was also punctual, even with 4" of fresh snow and frigid temperatures. Our driver returned us safely to the airport. The whole process was simple. The only hiccup was that the house we rented was on an alley that the booking website could not find. But, our driver happily dropped us off where we needed to go. Such a great service!
I've used Epic Mountain Express every year since 2019 and they have always provided excellent service. The booking process is seamless and the drivers have always been on time both in the Vail Valley and at the Denver airport. All of the drivers I've encountered have been professional and polite. What I also really appreciate about Epic is it's easy to get in touch with a human when you call them for assistance.
