This was the worst shuttle experience of my life. When we arrived to the shuttle my son buckled himself into the seat and he couldn't get himself out of the seat because the buckle was broken. We then were dropped off a half a mile away from our condo. Then I called the after hours line and they told me there was no supervisors available to help me. I would not use this shuttle again if my life depended on it. The customer service of the shuttle was absolutely ridiculous I rental car from now on.
Outrageously overpriced. Our driver was very nice and the shuttle was fine but after I booked and could not get refunded I realized I was paying 4x what I should be for a family of 5. As a single rider it’s fine but paying per person makes it absolutely outrageous especially because it’s not private and not on your own schedule.
I would give zero stars if I could. Do not use this company if you are a solo female traveler. My daughter used this service and they had unexpected weather that day. The driver refused to drop off his passengers at the airport as contracted, but told all the passengers that he was going to drop them off on Tower Road. So he dropped off my daughter and all his passengers on Tower Road!! I had to make an emergent reservation as my daughter had nowhere to go. On our ride from the airport the van was packed to the brim. The seat I sat in had a wheel well under my left leg. So my foot had to be propped up the whole time. Gave me a horrible cramp. They never sent me any confirmation text. They called me to tell me I was late even though they’d never told me where to meet them at the airport. If you’re traveling from EGE to vail and you’re two or more people you are better off hiring a private car. It’s less $ and you don’t have to wait for what could be 5-6 other people to be dropped off before you.
