This was the worst shuttle experience of my life. When we arrived to the shuttle my son buckled himself into the seat and he couldn't get himself out of the seat because the buckle was broken. We then were dropped off a half a mile away from our condo. Then I called the after hours line and they told me there was no supervisors available to help me. I would not use this shuttle again if my life depended on it. The customer service of the shuttle was absolutely ridiculous I rental car from now on.
