Used to be a great shop. Now they won t return phone calls or even respond to requests for repair on their own website. They obviously don t want to stay in business

Use to be a great shop.... But it has gone to hell. I guess Kevin doesnt have much to with the daily stuff. I use to consider him a friend. I drop my bike off to have the forks rebuilt. They left all 8 bolts loose and the forks almost came off. I then called 7 or 8 times, left to phone messages for the owner. He never called me back. I then called found out he was there, was on hold for 25 minutes, drove down there waited another 20 minutes. Kevin the manager left without ever talking to me.
